The embodiment of the invention provides a telescopic device for a bridge sidewalk and a non-motorized vehicle lane, the device comprises a base steel plate, an anchoring assembly, a plurality of first supporting steel plates and a plurality of second supporting steel plates, the base steel plates are respectively fixed at beam ends on two sides of a bridge expansion joint along the width direction of the bridge expansion joint; the base steel plate comprises a plane part arranged at the top of the beam end and an inclined part formed by bending and extending the plane part towards the bridge expansion joint; the anchoring assembly is fixedly connected with the base steel plate and the beam end. The multiple first supporting steel plates and the multiple second supporting steel plates are arranged on the corresponding inclined parts at intervals in the length direction of the bridge expansion joint.
