The invention has the remarkable effects that the moulding bed plate can be prefabricated and formed and spliced to form the bottom moulding bed for pouring the diaphragm plate, and the diaphragm plate is connected with the moulding bed plate into a whole after being formed, so that form stripping is avoided; in addition, the formwork crossing boss on the inner side of the pier wall of the hollow bridge is used for supporting the tire formwork, the step of erecting and dismantling a tire formwork support system can be omitted, and therefore high-risk operation of workers in a limited space is avoided while cost is reduced.
