The invention provides a reciprocating type river channel sewage disposal device. Reciprocating sewage disposal is conducted in the width direction of a river channel through movable fences, and then the corresponding areas, which need to be cleaned, of the river channel are sequentially cleaned. The reciprocating type river channel sewage disposal device comprises fixed piers, two groups of fixed fences, the movable fences and fixed isolation fences, wherein a plurality of rows of fixed piers are arranged in the water flow direction of the river channel, and each row of fixed piers are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the river channel; the two groups of fixed fences are arranged in parallel and are perpendicular to the water flow direction; the fixed isolation fences are arranged in the directions of both sides of a river levee body of the river channel and are used for safety protection; the length of the fixed fences covers the width between the fixed isolation fences on the both sides; the fixed fences comprise upper guide rails, lower guide rails and middle blocking areas; the two groups of fixed fences are fixedly installed in a river channel area between two adjacent rows of fixed piers respectively, and the corresponding fixed fences are fixedly installed on the corresponding rows of fixed piers; and the movable fences are perpendicular to the fixed fences.
