Method for eliminating loess collapsibility through microbial grouting
The invention discloses a method for eliminating loess collapsibility through microbial grouting. The method comprises the steps that bacillus pasteurii liquid is slowly and evenly added into loess, natural infiltration is conducted till the bacillus pasteurii liquid completely infiltrates a soil body, standing is conducted for 25-35 min, then 1-2 mol/L cementing liquid with the same amount as the bacillus pasteurii liquid is slowly and evenly added, standing is conducted for 24-48 h at the environment temperature of 25-30 DEG C, and circulation is conducted for no less than 4 times. Calcium carbonate precipitates are induced to be generated through the bacterial liquid in a urea hydrolysis technology mode, and loess collapsibility is eliminated; and according to the method, the loess site soil samples of different collapsibility grades are reinforced by utilizing the MICP reinforcing technology, so that the purpose of eliminating the loess collapsibility is achieved, the method has the advantages that the method is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, the effect of eliminating the loess collapsibility is obvious, and the method has important practical engineering significance.
一种微生物注浆消除黄土湿陷性的方法,向黄土中缓慢均匀加入巴士芽孢杆菌液,让其自然入渗,至巴士芽孢杆菌液完全浸润土体,静置25‑35min,然后缓慢均匀加入与菌液等量的1‑2mol/L的胶结液,在25‑30℃环境温度下静置24‑48h,如此循环不少于4次;通过菌液以尿素水解的技术方式诱导碳酸钙沉淀生成,消除黄土湿陷性;本发明利用MICP加固技术加固不同湿陷等级黄土场地土样,从而达到消除黄土湿陷性的目的,具有方法简单,原料易得,成本低的优点,达到消除黄土湿陷性的效果明显,具有重要的实际工程意义。
