The invention discloses a construction method for eliminating collapsibility of a cement stirring insertion pile in a collapsible loess area. The method comprises the following steps of stirring for three times during construction of the cement stirring insertion pile, stirring for the first time, in the depths of a bearing stratum and a non-collapsible soil layer, spraying cement slurry by a stirring pile machine to stir and rise; in the depth of the collapsible loess layer, the stirring pile machine ascending by spraying water and stopping ascending to the ground; secondary stirring being conducted, specifically, secondary stirring sinking being conducted on the stirred soil layer, stirring sinking being conducted while water spraying is conducted on the collapsible loess layer, and sinking being conducted while cement slurry spraying is conducted on the bearing layer and the non-collapsible soil layer; third stirring for the third time, stirring and rising the stirred soil layer for the third time, rising while spraying cement slurry in a supporting layer and a non-collapsible soil layer, stirring and rising while spraying water in a collapsible loess layer, and finishing the construction of the stirring pile when the water content of the stirring soil around the pile needs to be saturated.
