The advantages of an existing vibratory hammer and an existing static-pressure pile planting machine are utilized, the vibratory hammer is used for driving the pile into a shallow depth, the requirement that the static-pressure pile planting machine conducts forward construction is met, the static-pressure pile planting machine turns back to conduct secondary construction on the corner pile, the corner pile is pressed into the designed depth, and on the premise that equipment is not additionally arranged, the construction requirement is met and cost is saved.
