PILE PRESS-IN METHOD AND PILE PRESS-IN MACHINE, IN CORNER PART
To provide a pile press-in method and a pile press-in machine preferably in a corner part where an array direction of piles curves.SOLUTION: A pile press-in method sequentially press-in piles P at a corner part C in the ground with reaction force created by gripping an existing pile P using a pile press-in machine 1, the pile press-in machine 1 being provided with a saddle 10 on which a plurality of clamps 11 composed of a secured nail 12 and a movable nail 13 are attached, comprises: a step arranging and pressing-in piles P in an array in a travel direction and an opposite direction to the travel direction with respect to a corner part C where a direction of a pile P array turns, wherein the array is a turned pile P array at the corner part C; a step exchanging positions of the secured nail 12 and the movable nail 13 by rotating a direction of the saddle 10 by 180° in a plan view; and a step, with the reaction force created by gripping pressed-in piles P in an array in a travel direction and the opposite direction to the traveling direction with respect to a corner part C, pressing-in the piles P in the travel direction in the array after the direction of the pile P array turned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭の並ぶ方向が曲がるコーナー部において好適な杭の圧入方法および圧入機を提供する。【解決手段】杭圧入機１により、既設杭Ｐを把持して反力をとって杭Ｐを地盤に順次圧入していく圧入方法であって、杭圧入機１は、固定爪１２と可動爪１３で構成される複数のクランプ１１が取り付けられたサドル１０を備え、杭Ｐの並ぶ方向が曲がるコーナー部Ｃを挟んで、杭Ｐの並ぶ方向が曲がった後の列におけるコーナー部Ｃから進行方向と、当該進行方向の反対方向に杭Ｐを並べて圧入し、それら杭Ｐの並ぶ方向が曲がった後の列におけるコーナー部Ｃから進行方向と、当該進行方向の反対方向に圧入された杭Ｐを挟持して反力をとって、杭Ｐの並ぶ方向が曲がった後の列における進行方向の杭Ｐを圧入するにあたり、サドル１０の向きを平面視で１８０°回転させて、固定爪１２と可動爪１３の位置を入れ替えることを特徴とする、コーナー部Ｃにおける杭Ｐの圧入方法。【選択図】図１
