Pile driver for emergency flood fighting
The invention relates to the technical field of pile driving, and provides a pile driver for emergency flood fighting. The pile driver comprises a machine body, a pile driving pressure head, a guide sleeve and a linear driving device, wherein the machine body is cylindrical and is provided with a cavity; the pile driving pressure head is movably arranged in the cavity and is provided with a pile pressing groove, the pile pressing groove is in a circular truncated cone shape and is provided with a spiral guide bulge, the top of a pile body is in a circular truncated cone shape and is provided with a first spiral guide groove, and the pile pressing groove presses the top of the pile body, so that the pile body is moved in a rotating and downward mode; the guide sleeve is arranged on the machine body, located in the cavity and provided with a guide space, and the pile driving pressure head and the top of the pile body are movably arranged in the guide space; and the linear driving device is arranged on the machine body and drives the pile driving pressure head to move. The pile body is further provided with a vertical channel and a transverse channel, the vertical channel communicates with the transverse channel, and the vertical channel is provided with an inlet. By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, a pile body driven into the ground does not have a high fixing effect, and consequently safety accidents occur in emergency flood fighting engineering is solved.
本发明涉及打桩技术领域,提出了一种防汛抢险用打桩机,包括机体,为筒型,具有腔体,打桩压头,移动设置在腔体内,具有压桩槽,压桩槽为圆台型,具有螺旋导向凸起,桩体的顶部为圆台型,且具有第一螺旋导向槽,压桩槽压向桩体的顶部,使得桩体产生旋转向下的运动,导向套,设置在机体上,位于腔体内,具有导向空间,打桩压头和桩体的顶部移动设置在导向空间内,线性驱动装置,设置在机体上,驱动打桩压头移动。所述桩体还具有竖向通道和横向通道,所述竖向通道与所述横向通道相连通,所述竖向通道具有进口。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的对于打进地面的桩体,并不具有较强的固定作用,导致在防汛抢险工程中发生安全事故的问题。
