The structure comprises a gabion system, a fixed connection system and a drainage system, wherein the gabion system comprises a plurality of gabion units which are arranged on a step-shaped slope, each gabion unit comprises four gabion frames which are distributed on the upper, lower, left and right parts in a staggered mode and are the same in structure, and a gap is formed in a middle area defined by the four gabion frames; and the fixed connection system comprises prefabricated connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are installed in the gap, the parts, which extend in the upper, lower, left and right directions, of the connecting pieces make contact with the corresponding upper gabion frame, the corresponding lower gabion frame, the corresponding left gabion frame and the corresponding right gabion frame, the slope is connected with the centers of the connecting pieces through soil nails, and the four gabion frames are connected into a whole. The structure has the functions of reinforcement, seepage prevention, water drainage and supplementation and greening and has the advantage of low manufacturing cost, the deformation of the slope is fully utilized so as to realize collaborative stress, and the damage in instability to the shallow layer of the slope is prevented.
