The decoration main frame forms an internal supporting structure of a rammed earth column, the base layer panel is arranged on the periphery of the decoration main frame, and the base layer panel comprises a flame-retardant plate and a calcium silicate plate from inside to outside; the steel wire mesh is arranged outside the calcium silicate plate in a surrounding mode, the steel wire mesh is fixedly connected with the main frame through bolts, and the bottom end of the decoration main frame is installed on the ground; a skirting is arranged on the periphery of the bottom end of the decoration main frame, the pouring mold on the bottommost layer is arranged on the outer edge of the skirting in a supporting mode, a pouring cavity is formed by the pouring mold and the base layer panel, and the pouring mold is fixedly connected with the flame-retardant plate through bolts.
