The invention provides an indoor rammed earth column and GRG top surface integrated construction process. The process comprises the following steps that firstly, rammed earth columns are manufactured on site, and the rammed earth columns are annularly arranged indoors; secondly, the tops of the rammed earth columns are connected through a steel frame, and the steel frame is annularly arranged; thirdly, hoisting channel steels are evenly installed on the periphery of the lower end face of the steel frame; fourthly, a GRG ceiling modeling plate is installed on the hoisting channel steel through hanging bars; and fifthly, the ends of the steel frame, the hoisting channel steel and the GRG ceiling modeling plate are connected in a sealed mode through sealing plates. The tops of the manufactured decorative rammed earth columns are connected through the steel frame, and the GRG ceiling modeling plate is installed on the steel frame, so that the stability of overall connection of the decorative rammed earth columns is guaranteed, and the overall aesthetic feeling of decorative modeling is improved.
