The invention relates to a guide pipe for mounting main reinforcements of a reinforcement cage shaped like a Chinese character 'pin'. The guide pipe comprises a plurality of groups of reinforcement assemblies arranged in strands and a plurality of groups of spiral stirrups, wherein each reinforcement assembly comprises a first main reinforcement, a second main reinforcement and a third main reinforcement which are the same in length; each group of spiral stirrups are connected to each group of reinforcement assemblies in a sleeving manner; the second main reinforcements and the third main reinforcements are welded and fixed with each group of spiral stirrups; steel pipes are welded and fixed on the first main reinforcements and the third main reinforcements together; the steel pipes at different spiral stirrup positions are arranged in a collinear manner; and the second main reinforcements are inserted into each group of steel pipes. According to the guide pipe, the phenomenon that the main reinforcements of the reinforcement cage cannot be assembled according to the design requirements due to the limited manufacturing site of the reinforcement cage can be effectively avoided, so that normal and effective construction is ensured, the construction period is not delayed, and good benefits can be created for the society.
