The invention discloses a reinforcement cage with recoverable main reinforcements and a manufacturing method thereof, the reinforcement cage comprises at least one pair of recoverable main reinforcements (1) extending along the direction of a pile hole and having a first end (101) located at the top and a second end (102) located at the bottom; each recycled main reinforcement (1) comprises a reinforcing steel bar part (2) and a medium layer (3) wrapping the reinforcing steel bar part (2); ring-shaped erection ribs (4) which are provided at a plurality of positions from the first end (101) to the second end (102) and which support the recovery main rib (1) from the inside direction; the conductive devices (100) are located at the bottoms of the at least one pair of recycling main reinforcements (1), and the bottoms of the conductive devices (100) are electrically connected with the at least one pair of recycling main reinforcements (1); when the reinforcement cage is recycled, the tops of at least one pair of recycled main reinforcements (1) are electrified, and the bottoms of the recycled main reinforcements (1) are communicated through the conductive device (100), so that the dielectric layer (3) is melted, and the reinforcement parts (2) can be pulled out.
