The invention provides a movable scaffold device for high-altitude operation in a subway tunnel, and relates to the technical field of tunnel construction engineering. The movable scaffold device comprises two side supports which are connected through diagonal bridging; top ends of the two side supports are provided with additional supports; the additional supports are also connected through diagonal bridging; transverse steel pipes are arranged on the side supports and the additional supports; hanging plate mechanisms are connected between the transverse steel pipes; and the hanging plate mechanisms can form a construction platform or a stair structure in a height combination mode. The device is of an assembled structure and is convenient to disassemble and transport, and the problem that a large rail-mounted ladder truck cannot enter a field is effectively solved; the structure is simple and firm, angles can be adjusted, walking wheels and universal wheels are arranged, movement in the tunnel is facilitated, and use is convenient; and construction platforms of various heights can be built according to construction requirements, the construction requirements are fully met, the stair structure can be built according to the requirements, and personnel can walk up and down and transport appliance materials conveniently.
