When torsion is applied to a rocker, a rotating gear at the end of a rotating shaft and an adjusting rack in a reserved groove are made to rotate in a meshed mode, and therefore lifting adjustment of the whole lifting rod in a bearing rod can be controlled, and a limiting plug pin penetrating through the interior of the rotating shaft is pushed to the position close to the inner side of the reserved groove; after the bearing rod and the lifting rod are installed through the limiting clamping holes in different positions, the overall position of the bearing rod and the lifting rod can be limited.
