The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a method for reinforcing a reinforced concrete column by anchoring bidirectional fiber cloth through flexible rivets. According to the method, bidirectional fiber cloth is used for winding a to-be-reinforced reinforced concrete column body, epoxy resin is used for curing the bidirectional fiber cloth, flexible rivets are pasted on the surface of the bidirectional fiber cloth or among the multiple layers of bidirectional fiber cloth in the axial direction of the reinforced concrete column, and the flexible rivet is composed of a main rod and a fan-shaped pasting face integrally connected with the main rod. According to the method, the main rod is implanted into the beam connected with the column body, the flexible rivet is pasted on the fiber cloth through the fan-shaped pasting face, and the anchoring effect is good; and the flexible rivets can reduce the construction difficulty and cost, do not damage the fiber cloth and the column body, can effectively avoid the conditions of stress concentration at the anchoring position and stripping damage of the fiber cloth, and ensure the restraining capacity of the bidirectional fiber cloth to the maximum extent.
