The invention provides a method for reinforcing a wooden column structure through basalt fiber cloth, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, horizontally placing a rectangular wooden column, and then adhering the end part of the basalt fiber cloth strip to one side edge of the end surface of the rectangular wooden column through resin paste; s2, then the three basalt fiber cloth strips are arranged along the rectangular wooden column in a crossed annular arrangement mode; s3, the side face, facing the rectangular wooden column, of the other end of each basalt fiber cloth strip is coated with resin paste, and then prestress is loaded on the three basalt fiber cloth strips at the same time; and S4, the basalt fiber cloth strips are pasted on the rectangular wooden columns, and the rectangular wooden columns are annularly reinforced. At present, large-area replacement of new materials is impossible in wood structure repair and reconstruction, and especially for extra-large or rare materials and cultural relics and historic relics. In the traditional maintenance and reinforcement, components are treated or seriously damaged components are replaced by adopting a chemical method.
