Adjustable sand screening device
The invention discloses an adjustable sand screening device. The adjustable sand screening device is characterized by comprising a sand blocking plate and at least two sand screening layers; the sand screening layers includes the first sand screening layer and the second sand screening layer; the sand blocking plate, the first sand screening layer and the second sand screening layer are sequentially arranged from the outer side to the inner side of a window; the distance between the sand blocking plate and the first sand screening layer is adjustable; the sand blocking plate comprises a plurality of sand blocking units which are vertically arranged side by side; the first sand screening layer comprises a plurality of groove-shaped sand screening units which are vertically arranged side by side; the second sand screening layer comprises a plurality of curved sand screening units which are vertically arranged side by side; and the sand blocking plate and the first sand screening layer are opposite front and back to form a multi-collision roundabout airflow path. The adjustable sand screening device has important significance on ventilation design in areas where sand and dust frequently occur, the problems that a traditional sand prevention shutter is heavy, not prone to installation and not convenient to clean are solved, and the sand screening device is convenient to install, reasonable in structure, adjustable in opening degree and good in applicability to sand with different degrees in desert areas.
本发明公开了一种可调式筛沙器，其特征在于：包括挡沙板和至少两层筛沙层，所述筛沙层包括第一筛沙层和第二筛沙层，所述挡沙板、第一筛沙层和第二筛沙层由窗户外侧向内侧依次设置，所述挡沙板与第一筛沙层之间的距离可调；所述挡沙板包括多个竖直并排设置的挡沙单元，所述第一筛沙层包括多个竖直并排设置的凹槽形筛沙单元，所述第二筛沙层包括多个竖直并排设置的曲线形筛沙单元，所述挡沙板和第一筛沙层前后相对形成多碰撞的迂回气流路径。本发明对沙尘多发地区的通风设计具有重要意义，解决了传统防沙百叶笨重不易安装且不便于清理的问题，该筛沙器安装方便，结构合理，开度可调，对沙漠地区不同程度的风沙都有良好的适用性。
