The invention discloses a faucet with interchangeable cold and hot water inlet directions. The faucet structurally comprises a faucet main body, a constant-temperature valve element assembly, liquid outlet connectors and liquid distribution belt liquid stopping assemblies. The constant-temperature valve element assembly is installed at the left end of the faucet main body. The liquid outlet connectors are installed at the left and right parts of the bottom end of the faucet main body correspondingly. The liquid distribution belt liquid stopping assemblies are installed on the left and right parts of the front end of the faucet main body correspondingly. The faucet has the following beneficial effects that no matter in a first closed water inlet cavity or a second closed water inlet cavity, cold and hot liquid flow can flow into a hot flow cavity or a cold flow cavity through the matched adjustment of a rod groove assembly and the rod adjustment assembly, and the beneficial effect that a rod adjustment flow guide space component is additionally arranged to facilitate liquid path flow switching is achieved; a sealing ring is arranged in a ring groove in the outer side of a first insertion rod to be attached to a first bayonet for sealing, and the sealing effect of installation is improved; a threaded rod and a threaded rod opening are screwed and fixed, and the installation stability is improved; a groove is formed in the right end of the first insertion rod, and installation and adjustment are convenient; and practicality is high, the structure is simple and convenient, and the occupied space is small.
