The present invention provides a two-way compression faucet with an operating mechanism positioned at the top for easy operation. In the two-way compression faucet, a first spout in a body and a second spout connected to a supply passage of the body are connected to each other through a through-hole, and a valve unit is installed to make water supplied through the supply passage selectively supplied to the first and second spouts by selectively or simultaneously blocking the second spout and the through-hole. The valve unit consists of an assembly structure of a valve stem, a first valve which rises and falls on an outer diameter side of the valve stem, and a second valve which rises and falls on an inner diameter side of the valve stem. The valve stem is screwed to one side of the second spout and has a plurality of flow holes formed around the valve stem and connected to the supply passage when the valve stem passes through the through-hole. The first valve is located on the outer diameter side of the valve stem, has an upper end to which a handle is connected, and is screwed to an inner diameter side of the body to block or open the through-hole. The second valve is located on the inner diameter side of the valve stem to open and close the second spout, and rises and falls so that an upper end of the second valve is exposed out of the top of the handle.
본 발명은 몸체에 구비되는 제1토수구와 몸체의 공급유로에 연결되는 제2토수구가 관통공을 통하여 서로 연결되고, 상기 제2토수구와 관통공을 동시 또는 선택적으로 차단하여 공급유로를 통하여 공급되는 물이 제1,2토수구에 선택적으로 공급토록 밸브유닛이 연결되며, 상기 밸브유닛은 밸브스템과 상기 밸브스템의 외경측에서 승하강하는 제1밸브 및 상기 밸브스템의 내경측에서 승하강하는 제2밸브의 조립구조로 이루어지고, 상기 밸브스템은 제2토수구의 일측에 나사결합되면서 관통공을 통과할 때 공급유로와 연결되는 복수의 유동홀이 둘레에 관통형성되며, 상기 제1밸브는 밸브스템의 외경측에 위치하여 상단에 손잡이가 연결되면서 몸체의 내경측에 나사결합되는 상태로 관통공을 개폐토록 설치되고, 상기 제2밸브는 제2토수구를 개폐토록 밸브스템의 내경측에 위치하여 승하강하면서 상단이 손잡이의 상측에 노출토록 설치되는 두방향 가로꼭지에 관한 것이다.
