Installation process of elevator hoistway
The invention discloses an installation process of an elevator hoistway. The process comprises the following steps of preparing steel, digging a well pit, installing a first section of stand column, installing a cross beam of the first section of stand column, installing a second section of stand column and the cross beam, installing a second section of stand column and the cross beam, installing an inclined rod, installing a first cross plate and a second cross plate, correcting a well, and after an elevator is installed and debugged, decorating and sealing the hoistway by using a plate. According to the process, the elevator hoistway is installed by adopting a frame type structure constructed by using steel, the installation is convenient and rapid, and compared with a concrete hoistway, the width of the steel is smaller than the thickness of the wall of the concrete hoistway, so that the occupied area of the elevator in the whole building is saved; and two sections of stand columns of the hoistway are connected by a connecting plate, so that the quick butt joint of the stand columns of the hoistway can be realized, and the construction time is shortened.
本发明公开了一种电梯井道的安装工艺,包括如下步骤:准备钢材、挖出井道地坑、第一节立柱的安装、第一节立柱的横梁安装、第二节立柱和横梁的安装、第二节往上的立柱和横梁的安装、斜杆的安装、第一横板和第二横板的安装、井道的校正、等电梯安装调试完后,再将井道用板材进行装修封闭,本发明的电梯井道安装采用的是用钢材搭建而成的框架式结构,安装方便且快速,与混凝土井道比,钢材的宽度小于混凝土井道壁厚度,节省了电梯在整个建筑的占用面积,井道的两节立柱连接时用连接板连接,能实现井道立柱的快速对接,减少施工时间。
