The invention discloses a rapid hardening material for a concrete bottom plate of an underground coal mine roadway as well as a preparation method and use method of the rapid hardening material. The hardening material comprises the following raw materials by weight: 90-120 parts of cement, 70-80 parts of natural sand, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 10-17 parts of silica fume, 25-36 parts of slag, 240-300 parts of stone, 6-7 parts of an accelerator, and 2-3 parts of a water reducer, wherein the accelerator is a mixture of polymerized aluminum phosphate, sodium hydroxide and aluminum oxygen clinker. By adding a mixture of polymeric aluminum phosphate, sodium hydroxide and alumina clinker as the accelerator, the setting speed of the concrete bottom plate is accelerated, meanwhile, solid wastes such as fly ash, silica fume and metallurgical slag can be effectively utilized to partially replace natural sand resources such as river sand, dune sand and sea sand; and the rapid hardening material has the advantages of short setting time, high efficiency, high strength, low cost and the like.
本发明公开了煤矿井下巷道混凝土底板快速硬化材料及制法和使用方法,所述硬化材料包括以下重量份的原料:水泥90~120份、天然砂70~80份、粉煤灰20~30份、硅灰10~17份、矿渣25~36份、石子240~300份、速凝剂6~7份、减水剂2~3份,其中所述速凝剂为聚合磷酸铝、氢氧化钠、铝氧熟料的混合物。通过加入聚合磷酸铝、氢氧化钠、铝氧熟料的混合物作为速凝剂,加快了混凝土底板的凝结速度,同时还能够有效利用粉煤灰、硅灰、冶金矿渣等固体废物,部分替代河沙、沙丘沙、海砂等天然砂资源,具有凝结时间短、效率高、强度高、成本低等优点。
