Porous vegetation concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses porous vegetation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The porous vegetation concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-130 parts of cement; 310-360 parts of coarse aggregate; 0.5-1.2 parts of a water reducing agent; 20-35 parts of water retention particles; 15-25 parts of reinforced fiber; 8-15 parts of organic silicon modified acidic particles; 50-80 kg of water; the organic silicon modified acidic particles are prepared by the following steps: soaking acidic particles in an acid solution, and filtering to obtain pretreated particles; dispersing the pretreated particles in a surfactant solution, adding an organic silicon monomer and an initiator, and reacting to obtain organic silicon modified acidic particles; the mass ratio of the acidic particles to the organic silicon monomer is 1: (13-18). According to the porous vegetation concrete, the saltpetering phenomenon on the surface of concrete can be remarkably inhibited while the strength performance of a concrete foundation is guaranteed, and the growth conditions of plants are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种多孔植生混凝土及其制备方法,多孔植生混凝土包括如下质量份的组分:水泥:100~130份;粗骨料:310~360份;减水剂:0.5~1.2份;保水颗粒:20~35份;增强纤维:15~25份;有机硅改性酸性颗粒:8~15份;水:50~80㎏;所述有机硅改性酸性颗粒采用如下方法制备得到:于酸液中对酸性颗粒进行浸泡处理,过滤得到预处理颗粒;再将预处理颗粒分散于表面活性剂溶液中,加入有机硅单体和引发剂,反应得到有机硅改性酸性颗粒;所述酸性颗粒与有机硅单体的质量比为1:(13~18)。本申请的多孔植生混凝土在保障混凝土基础强度性能的同时,能够显著地抑制混泥土表面的泛碱现象,保障植物的生长条件。
