The dry material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150-350 parts of cement; 500 to 750 parts of sand; 50 to 200 parts of mineral filler; 1-60 parts of a high-molecular polymer; 3.1 to 10 parts of an additive; and 0.1 to 1 part of sodium benzenesulfonate; wherein the high-molecular polymer is a mixture of redispersible latex powder and polyvinyl alcohol. According to the invention, through cooperation of the components and adjustment of the use amount, the flexibility of the material can be improved while the strength is ensured. Specifically, the higher the cement mixing amount is, the higher the strength is, and the higher the rigidity is; therefore, in order to obtain a high-flexibility material, the use amount of the cement needs to be controlled, and the cement is matched with other components with specific components, particularly matched with a high-molecular polymer with specific components, so that the flexibility of the material can be improved while the strength of the material is ensured, and sodium benzenesulfonate is a key component capable of ensuring the flexibility and viscosity of mortar.
