Alkali-activated concrete prepared from nonferrous metal beneficiation wastewater
The invention discloses alkali-activated concrete prepared from nonferrous metal beneficiation wastewater. The alkali-activated concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: the nonferrous metal beneficiation wastewater, an alkali activator and slag. The alkali-activated concrete is prepared by using the non-ferrous metal beneficiation wastewater as a mixing water source of the alkali-activated concrete, organic substances in the non-ferrous metal beneficiation wastewater are decomposed by using a high-alkali environment of the alkali-activated concrete, and heavy metals in the non-ferrous metal beneficiation wastewater are cured; and sodium and calcium ions in the non-ferrous metal beneficiation wastewater are used for assisting in exciting a cementing material to promote formation of a reinforced cementitious body, so the waste is turned into wealth, the harm is turned into treasure, the treatment and utilization process of the non-ferrous metal beneficiation wastewater is greatly simplified, the economic, safe and environmental burdens of non-ferrous metal mine enterprises are relieved, the economic value of wastewater is improved to the level of urban common tap water, the requirements of national environmental protection policy in China are met, and huge application prospects are obtained.
本发明公开了一种利用有色金属选矿废水制备的碱激发混凝土,包括如下原料:有色金属选矿废水、碱性激发剂和矿渣。本发明使用有色金属选矿废水作为碱激发混凝土的拌合水来源,制备碱激发混凝土,利用碱激发混凝土的高碱环境分解有色金属选矿废水中的有机物质,固化其中的重金属;利用有色金属选矿废水中的钠钙等离子辅助激发胶凝材料,促使形成强化胶结体,变废为宝、变害为宝,大幅简化有色金属选矿废水的处置和利用工艺,减轻有色金属矿山企业的经济、安全与环境负担,将废水经济价值提升至城市普通自来水水平,符合国家环保政策要求,应用前景巨大。
