Preparation method of anti-oxidation ablation coating on surface of C/C composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-oxidation ablation coating on the surface of a C/C composite material. According to the invention, a superhigh-temperature ceramic precursor is subjected to a cracking reaction and is gradually deposited on the surface of the C/C composite material by adopting a chemical liquid-phase vaporizing deposition process and utilizing the specific skin effect of the chemical liquid-phase vaporizing deposition process; and finally, high-temperature heat treatment is carried out, so the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic is fully converted, and the anti-oxidation ablation coating is prepared on the surface of the C/C composite material. According to the method, chemical liquid phase vaporizing deposition process parameters, the components and component proportions of the ceramic precursor and high-temperature heat treatment parameters have direct influences on coating preparation, and the microstructure and organization components of the surface coating can be regulated and controlled by adjusting the process parameters. The innovation of the invention lies in that the oxidation ablation resistant coating is prepared on the surface of the C/C composite material by adopting a chemical liquid-phase vaporizing deposition process and utilizing the specific skin effect of the chemical liquid-phase vaporizing deposition process, so the defects of non-uniform thickness, low bonding strength with a matrix, non-uniform ceramic distribution, non-compact structure and the like of a coating prepared by a traditional process are overcome, and the anti-oxidation and anti-ablation performances of the surface coating on the C/C composite material are further improved.
本发明涉及一种C/C复合材料表面抗氧化烧蚀涂层的制备方法。通过采用化学液相汽化沉积工艺,利用其特有的集肤效应,使超高温陶瓷前驱体发生裂解反应,并逐渐沉积在C/C复合材料表面。最后再进行高温热处理,使超高温陶瓷充分转化,从而在C/C复合材料表面制备出抗氧化烧蚀涂层。本发明中,化学液相汽化沉积工艺参数、陶瓷前驱体的成分及比例、高温热处理参数对涂层制备有着直接影响,可以通过调节工艺参数,对表面涂层进行微观结构、组织成分的调控。本发明的创新性在于采用化学液相汽化沉积工艺,并利用其特有的集肤效应,在C/C复合材料表面制备出抗氧化烧蚀涂层,从而克服传统工艺制备的涂层厚度不均一,与基体结合强度不高,陶瓷分布不均匀,结构不致密等缺点,实现C/C复合材料表面涂层防氧化、抗烧蚀性能的进一步提升。
