Wet non-slip antibacterial matt ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a wet non-slip antibacterial matt ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: sequentially applying antibacterial cover glaze, printing a decorative pattern and applying non-slip antibacterial protective glaze on a green body, and then sintering the green body to obtain the wet non-slip antibacterial ceramic tile. The anti-slip index of the non-slip antibacterial ceramic tile disclosed by the invention can reach more than 0.8 under both dry and wet conditions, and the antibacterial effect meets the requirements of JC/T897-2014 'Antiseptic Function of Antibacterial Ceramic'. The ceramic tile is matte, and has average glossiness being smaller than 3 degrees; meanwhile, the wear resistance of the glaze surface can reach grade 4; and the pollution resistance is grade 5. The product not only is non-slip, but also has the antibacterial performance. As a decorative material which is good in decorative effect and excellent in pollution resistance and has non-slip and antibacterial properties, the non-slip antibacterial ceramic tile can be widely applied to the fields of public places and home decoration.
本发明公开了一种湿水止滑抗菌无光陶瓷砖及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括:在坯体上依次施抗菌面釉、打印装饰图案、施止滑抗菌保护釉,然后烧结制成湿水止滑抗菌陶瓷砖。本发明的止滑抗菌陶瓷砖在干、湿两种情况下防滑指数都达到0.8以上,抗菌效果符合JC/T897‑2014《抗菌陶瓷制品抗菌性能》要求。具备无光效果,其光泽度平均小于3°;同时釉面耐磨度可达到4级;耐污染性5级。实现了一种产品既具备止滑性能有具备抗菌性能。可作为一种装饰效果良好,耐污染性能优异且具有止滑、抗菌性能的装饰材料,可广泛应用于公共场所、家庭装修领域。
