The invention discloses an acrylic emulsion for weather-resistant cross-linked soft porcelain and a preparation method of the acrylic emulsion, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting a seed emulsion polymerization mode, weighing an acrylate monomer, a methacrylic acid monomer, an acrylic acid monomer, an epoxy group-containing acrylic acid functional monomer and a silane coupling agent, and uniformly conducting mixing and stirring to prepare a mixed monomer for later use; adding an emulsifier, sodium bicarbonate, deionized water and 30-50% of an initiator into a three-necked flask, dropwise adding 5-15% of mixed monomers into the flask, and conducting stabilizing for 5-20 minutes to obtain a seed emulsion; dropwise adding the residual mixed monomers and the initiator within 2-4 hours, conducting heating, conducting curing, conducting cooling, conducting neutralizing, preserving heat, conducting discharging and the like to obtain an acrylate emulsion; and mixing the epoxy silicone acrylic emulsion with a filler and an amine curing agent to prepare the weather-resistant cross-linked soft porcelain. The soft porcelain has excellent flexibility, strong adhesive force with a base material and excellent weather resistance.
本发明公开了一种用于耐候交联型软瓷的丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法，该制备方法是采用种子乳液聚合方式，称取丙烯酸酯单体、甲基丙烯酸单体、丙烯酸单体、含环氧基团的丙烯酸功能单体、硅烷偶联剂，混合搅拌均匀制备混合单体备用；将乳化剂、碳酸氢钠、去离子水和30~50%的引发剂置于三颈烧瓶中，取5~15%的混合单体滴加至烧瓶中，稳定5~20 min后，得到种子乳液；将剩余的混合单体和引发剂在2~4 h内滴加完成，经升温、熟化、降温、中和及保温后出料等到丙烯酸酯乳液；将上述环氧类硅丙乳液与填料、胺类固化剂混合制备耐候交联型软瓷，该软瓷具有优良的柔韧性、与基材的强附着力及优异的耐候性能。
