The invention provides a hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion for artificial stone manufacturing, a preparation method and artificial stone manufactured by the hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion. The hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion comprises the following substances: a mixed monomer 1, a mixed monomer 2, polymer polyol, an emulsifier, an initiator and water. The preparation of the hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion adopts two steps: multiple chemical structure units are introduced for copolymerization, and the polymer polyol is added in the reaction process, so that the compressive strength, the bending strength and the hardness of artificial stone are further improved. Meanwhile, hydroxyl in the hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion can be cross-linked with silicate in packing for manufacturing the artificial stone, the manufactured artificial stone ingredients are better in scattered fineness, the structure is more compact and uniform, and the various strengths and the glossiness of the manufactured artificial stone are better.
