The invention relates to a double-block sleeper capable of being provided with a guard rail. The invention aims to solve the problems of considerable parts, inconvenience in installation and maintenance and high quality control difficulty of an anti-falling guard rail in the prior art. The double-block sleeper meets the requirement of preventing a train from derailing and invading a boundary of a temporary line in an existing double-line parallel and double-block type ballastless track laying section. The double-block sleeper comprises a standard block and a special-shaped block, wherein the special-shaped block extends in length towards a center line on the basis of the standard block, the standard block is of a reinforced concrete structure, steel bar trusses are arranged on the standard block and the special-shaped block respectively, structural steel bars and shoulder anti-crack steel bars are arranged in the standard block, a basic rail embedded sleeve is arranged perpendicular to a rail bearing table of the standard block, structural steel bars and special-shaped block shoulder anti-crack steel bars are arranged in the special-shaped block, and a guard rail embedded sleeve is embedded in the special-shaped blocks.
