The invention discloses a bidirectional rail elevation adjusting device which comprises an adjustable displacement cushion block, wedge blocks, a sliding groove basin, a tensioning device and a rail, a fastener is installed on the side face of the sliding groove basin, a damping piece is installed on the bottom face of the sliding groove basin, two sets of wedge blocks are arranged in the sliding groove basin, and the sliding groove basin is in sliding connection with the wedge blocks; convex structures and concave structures which are correspondingly crossed and complementary are respectively arranged on the two sets of wedge blocks, and inclined planes of the convex structures of the two sets of wedge blocks are oppositely arranged; a through hole is formed in each wedge block, and the tensioning device is arranged in the through hole; the adjustable displacement cushion block is arranged on the sliding groove basin, and the rail is arranged on the adjustable displacement cushion block and fixedly connected with the adjustable displacement cushion block through a rail buckle; and the width of the sliding groove basin along the top surfaces of the two sides of the rail is greater than that of a sliding groove plate perpendicular to the top surfaces of the two sides of the rail. According to the bidirectional rail elevation adjusting device, the rail surface elevation can be adjusted in a bidirectional (heightening or lowering) mode according to needs in the whole service life cycle of a rail, a large amount of manpower, material and machine investment is saved, and time and labor are saved.
本发明公开了一种双向轨道高程调节装置,包括:可调位移垫块、楔块、滑槽盆、张拉器、轨道,所述滑槽盆的侧面安装有紧固件,底面安装减震片,内部设有两组楔块,滑槽盆与楔块滑动连接;所述两组楔块上分别设置对应交叉互补的外凸结构与内凹结构,且两组楔块的外凸结构斜面相对设置;所述楔块上设有通孔,所述张拉器设置于通孔中;所述可调位移垫块设置于滑槽盆上,所述轨道设置于可调位移垫块上,通过轨道扣件固定连接;且所述滑槽盆顺轨道两侧顶面的宽度大于滑槽板垂直于轨道两侧顶面的宽度。本发明的双向轨道高程调节装置采用本装置可在轨道服役全生命周期根据需要双向(调高或调低)调整轨面高程,节省大量人、材、机投入,省时省力。
