The workboat is provided with a middle groove along the central axis of the workboat; the middle groove extends to the stern from the position, close to the bow, of the middle of a boat body and is communicated with seawater; a plurality of multi-cylinder jacket foundations are assembled in the middle groove and are connected with the workboat through connecting pieces with adjustable lengths; and the multi-cylinder jacket foundations are transported as an integral structure and can be directly installed and recycled by the workboat. The space of the workboat for placing the multi-barrel jacket foundations is saved, the gravity center height of the workboat can be adjusted through the air storage amount of the multi-barrel jacket foundations, and the applicability and stability in the transportation process are improved; the problems of infirm connection and structure friction damage caused by steel wire rope binding in a traditional pure dragging process are also avoided; and the offshore operation efficiency can be improved through installation or recovery, the offshore operation cost is reduced, and relatively good economic benefits are achieved.
