The invention provides an offshore wind power jacket foundation structure which comprises a fixing mechanism, and a limiting mechanism is clamped on the fixing mechanism in a matched mode. The limiting mechanism and the positioning mechanism are connected in a matched mode. A main body mechanism is fixed on the positioning mechanism; a supporting mechanism is mounted on the main body mechanism; and a connecting mechanism is fixed on the main body mechanism. The main body mechanism can be assembled and spliced through the supporting mechanism, and the use effect of the jacket can be improved while the damaged part of the jacket is conveniently replaced. In the process of transporting and installing the jacket, the components of the main body mechanism are moved through the hoisting equipment, and the situation that the transportation cost is high due to the large size of the jacket can be prevented. And when the positioning mechanism needs to be separated from the fixing mechanism, the limiting mechanism is started to slide into the positioning mechanism from the interior of the fixing mechanism, so that the positioning mechanism is convenient to disassemble.
