Method for treating shallow cracks on surface of concrete
The invention provides a method for treating shallow cracks on the surface of concrete. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) checking along the cracks, and judging that the cracks on the surface of the concrete are the shallow cracks on the surface; 2) chiseling the shallow cracks on the surface of the concrete, chiseling off the cracks, cleaning a base surface and edges, washing and polishing to form a repair surface, and cleaning the clean repair surface; 3) coating non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint on the surface of the clean repair surface; 4) paving a layer of synthetic polymer waterproof coiled material; 5) adhering an SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material; and 6) pouring the concrete to make the repaired part flush with the surface of the original concrete. The method can well seal capillary pores and cracks of a base layer, solves the problems of cracks on the surface of large-volume concrete and the like, and greatly improves the waterproof reliability of a concrete structure. The method can prevent the cracks on the surface of the concrete from being continuously tensioned, and has the advantages of simple operation, low manufacturing cost, light load, small maintenance amount and convenience.
一种处理混凝土表面浅层裂缝的方法，其特征是：处理裂缝的步骤为：1）沿缝检查，判定混凝土表面裂缝为表面浅层裂缝后；2）在混凝土表面浅层裂缝处进行凿缝，将裂缝部分凿除，清除基面及边缘后，冲洗并打磨出修补面,清理干净的修补面；3）在清理干净的修补面表面涂刷非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料；4）铺贴一层合成高分子防水卷材；5)粘贴SBS改性沥青防水卷材；6)最后倒混凝土使修补处与原混凝土表面平齐。本发明能够很好地封闭基层的毛细孔和裂缝，解决了大体积混凝土表面裂缝等难题，使混凝土结构防水可靠性得到大幅度提高。本发明能防止混凝土表面裂缝持续张拉，操作简单，造价低，荷重轻、维修量小且方便。
