Device and method for adjusting inclination of main pipe of steel pipe tower
The invention discloses a device and method for adjusting the inclination of a main pipe of a steel pipe tower in the technical field of power transmission line steel pipe towers. The device comprises a fixed supporting device and a spiral adjusting device, and the fixed supporting device comprises a group of fixed supporting plates which are respectively used for connecting upper and lower main pipe flange stiffening plates of the steel pipe tower and a fixing sleeve connected with the two fixed supporting plates; the spiral adjusting device comprises a threaded rod movably penetrating through the fixing sleeve, a connecting part connected with the flange edge of the steel pipe tower is arranged at the head end, close to a steel pipe, of the threaded rod, and an adjusting knob abutting against the fixing sleeve is screwed to the tail end of the threaded rod. The adjusting knob drives a fixed supporting device to move so as to adjust the inclination angle of the upper main pipe of the steel pipe tower. According to the device and method for adjusting the inclination of the main pipe of the steel pipe tower, by rotating the adjusting knob, the adjusting knob drives the fixed supporting device to move so as to adjust the inclination angle of the upper main pipe of the steel pipe tower, and smooth butt joint of a hoisted horizontal steel pipe and a crossed diagonal member with the main pipe is guaranteed.
