The preparation method comprises the following steps of crushing and mixing silk and cotton, putting into alkali liquor for high-temperature reaction after mixing, adjusting the pH value to be neutral after the reaction to prepare a prefabricated reaction solution, concentrating the prefabricated reaction solution, mixing with an aluminum chloride solution for reaction after concentration to prepare a modified reaction solution, dropwise adding a sodium hydroxide solution for reaction, concentrating and evaporating after the reaction to prepare a reaction product, then carrying out high-temperature reaction on the reaction product, introducing nitrogen after the reaction, carrying out high-temperature reaction, adding into sulfuric acid after the reaction, mixing to obtain an acidic mixed solution, filtering the acidic mixed solution to obtain a filter cake, cleaning, mixing with a polymer to obtain a toughened resin product, placing the toughened resin product above a marble slab, putting in a calender for calendering, and discharging to prepare the high-strength and high-toughness marble slab. The application prospect is wide.
本发明首先将蚕丝与棉花粉碎混合,混合后投入碱液中高温反应,反应后调节pH值至中性制得预制反应液,再将预制反应液浓缩,浓缩后与氯化铝溶液混合反应制得改性反应液,滴加氢氧化钠溶液反应,反应后浓缩蒸发制得反应产物,随后将反应产物高温反应,反应后充入氮气高温反应,反应后投入硫酸中混合制得酸性混合液,再将酸性混合液过滤得到滤饼,清洗后与聚合物混合混炼制得增韧树脂产物,再将增韧树脂产物置于大理石板材上方,投入压延机中压延出料制得高强度高韧性大理石板材,应用前景广阔。
