The high-weatherability low-shrinkage concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 210 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 350 to 430 parts of coarse aggregate, 280 to 330 parts of fine aggregate, 40 to 50 parts of metakaolin, 70 to 80 parts of limestone powder, 20 to 30 parts of rice hull powder, 3 to 5 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 15 to 20 parts of composite expanding agent, 8 to 15 parts of vinyl acetate/diatomite hydrogel, 10 to 20 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin; and 50 to 70 parts of water. The concrete is high in weather resistance and low in shrinkage, the concrete has excellent compressive strength and crack resistance, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
