The municipal road design waterproof structure comprises a base assembly, an anti-skid assembly, and a driving assembly. The base assembly comprises a U-shaped supporting seat; the anti-skid assembly comprises multiple sets of assembling plates fixed to the top of the grating plate at equal intervals, the multiple sets of assembling plates divide an inner cavity of the supporting base into multiple sets of filling grooves, an assembling base is fixedly inserted into the center of the top of each assembling plate, and water inlet grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the top of each assembling plate; and the driving assembly is arranged at the inner bottom of the supporting seat. When it rains, rainwater is discharged through water permeable bricks, cobblestones, a water leakage plate and a water leakage pipe, water accumulation is avoided, part of the rainwater enters the water inlet groove, along with the increase of the rainwater in the water inlet groove, part of the rainwater enters the assembly base, so that the water swelling strip absorbs the rainwater to swell, and then the suction cup moves upwards by a certain distance; therefore, pedestrians walking on the road cannot fall down due to slippery conditions.
