Bridge abutment reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bridge abutment reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The lower portion of an abutment is embedded in a soil body. A bearing platform supported on the lower portion of the abutment is poured into the soil body. The bridge abutment reinforcing structure comprises two clamping beams bonded to the two opposite sides of the abutment, wherein bonded rebars are embedded in the clamping beams, and are embedded into the abutment; a shoulder pole rib penetrating through the abutment, wherein the two ends of the shoulder pole rib are anchored in the two clamping beams respectively; a plurality of micro cast-in-place piles cast in the soil body, wherein the upper ends of the micro cast-in-place piles are supported on the clamping beams, the lower ends of the micro cast-in-place piles are inserted into a sandstone layer below the soil body, and the micro cast-in-place piles are arranged in the length direction of the clamping beams at intervals. The problems that a traditional reinforcing method for the reinforced concrete abutment of the bridge is high in cost and long in consumed time are solved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁墩台的加固结构及其施工方法,墩台的下部埋设于土体中,所述土体中浇筑有支撑于所述墩台的下部的承台,桥梁墩台的加固包括:两夹持梁,两所述夹持梁粘接于所述墩台的相对两侧,所述夹持梁中埋设有植筋,所述植筋植入所述墩台中;扁担筋,所述扁担筋贯穿于所述墩台且所述扁担筋的两端分别锚固于两所述夹持梁中;以及多根微型灌注桩,多根所述微型灌注桩浇筑于所述土体中,所述微型灌注桩的上端支撑于所述夹持梁,所述微型灌注桩的下端插设于所述土体的下方的砂岩层中,多根所述微型灌注桩沿所述夹持梁的长度方向间隔设置。本发明解决了传统的桥梁的钢筋混凝土墩台的加固方法存在成本高、耗时长的问题。
