The invention relates to a lattice type rod piece and bolt connection joint for a single-layer latticed shell structure and a construction and installation method thereof. The lattice type rod piece and bolt connection joint for the single-layer latticed shell structure is composed of a double-limb batten plate lattice type rod piece part and a bolt connection joint part; the double-limb batten plate lattice type rod piece part comprises batten plates and limb rods; the bolt connection joint part comprises a split joint body, a double-section high-strength bolt, a thick nut, a thin nut and an end plate; the adopted double-limb batten plate lattice type rod piece is composed of an upper limb rod, a lower limb rod and a plurality of batten plates, and the portion, with a small stress, in the section of a solid-web rod piece and the section of a closed pipe rod piece is reduced, so that the utilization rate of materials in the rod piece is increased, and under the condition that the bearing capacity is not changed, the dead weight of the single-layer latticed shell structure is reduced; and meanwhile, the lattice type rod piece has a higher bending rigidity, so that when the single-layer latticed shell structure is applied with an external load, the deformation of the rod piece is smaller, and the rigidity and the stability of the structure are improved. The double-limb batten plate lattice type rod piece and the split type joint body are matched with each other, so that the overall weight and the economic cost of the structure are further reduced.
