The invention discloses a fabricated building wall and a mounting method, and relates to the technical field of building walls, and particularly relates to the fabricated building wall. The fabricated building wall comprises wall bodies and connecting piles, wherein two fixing frames are fixedly mounted in the wall bodies; metal grids which are uniformly distributed are fixedly mounted in the fixing frames; heat insulation plates are fixedly mounted on the inner sides of the fixing frames; a noise reduction plate is fixedly mounted between the two heat insulation plates in a sleeving mode; and clamping grooves are formed in the outer portions of the wall bodies. According to the fabricated building wall and the mounting method, through cooperative use of the wall bodies, the connecting piles, clamping strips and fastening bolts, the connecting piles can be inserted between the two wall bodies after the two wall bodies of the fabricated building wall are arranged, thus the clamping strips on the inner sides of the connecting piles are clamped with the clamping grooves in the outer portions of the two wall bodies simultaneously, then the connecting piles and the wall bodies are fixed stably through the fastening bolts, and thus the fabricated building wall is stable and firm after being assembled.
