The invention provides a mass concrete water-cooling temperature control method. The mass concrete water-cooling temperature control method comprises the steps that A, a cooling water pipe and a temperature detector are pre-arranged; B, concrete is poured; C, cooling water is refrigerated to ensure that the temperature of the cooling water is lower than the local environment temperature, the cooling water is introduced into the cooling water pipe while the concrete is poured, and the introduction of the cooling water is stopped after a period of time; D, the internal and surface temperatures of the concrete are detected, when the internal temperature of the concrete is higher than the surface temperature and the temperature difference reaches a first set value, the temperature of the cooling water is adjusted to be lower than the internal temperature of the concrete by a second set value and the cooling water is introduced into the cooling water pipe, and the introduction of the cooling water is stopped when the internal and external temperature difference of the concrete is reduced to a third set value; and E, the step D is repeated. The invention further provides temperature control equipment. The process of gradually reducing the internal and external temperature difference is added, so that the internal and external temperature difference is prevented from being rapidly increased due to rapid increase of the internal temperature of the concrete, and the stress caused by the temperature difference is favorably controlled.
