The invention provides a mass concrete temperature control cooling water pipe device which comprises a cooling water pipe circulation body and a cooling water tank, the cooling water pipe circulation body is composed of a plurality of sets of cooling unit assemblies, and each cooling unit assembly comprises a plurality of cooling water pipe unit pieces. Each cooling water pipe unit comprises a cooling water inlet pipe, a cooling water outlet pipe, an internal thread right-angle connector and a horizontal connection cooling pipe, the cooling water inlet pipes and the cooling water outlet pipes are connected through the internal thread right-angle connectors, and the cooling water outlet pipes and the cooling water inlet pipes between the adjacent cooling water pipe units are connected through connecting hoses and detachably connected with the connecting hoses. A cooling water inlet pipe of the cooling water pipe unit piece at the head end of each cooling unit assembly is connected with a cooling water tank through a cold water conveying module, a cooling water outlet pipe of the cooling water pipe unit piece at the tail end of each cooling unit assembly is connected with a waste water recycling and circulating device, a cooling water pipe circulating body can be conveniently and rapidly assembled, and meanwhile waste water can be recycled.
