The invention discloses a preparation method and a construction method of a TSR polyethylene tire pre-laid reinforced waterproof coiled material, and relates to the technical field of underground engineering waterproofing. The preparation method comprises the steps of respectively melting and co-extruding a modified adhesive layer B and an isolating membrane to obtain a multi-layer material a; co-extruding the multi-layer material a and a polyethylene base to obtain a multi-layer material b; respectively melting the multi-layer material b and a modified adhesive layer A, and co-extruding to obtain a multi-layer material c; and before cooling, laying composite ultraviolet-resistant sand on one side of the modified adhesive layer A of the multi-layer material c. According to the TSR polyethylene tire pre-laid reinforced waterproof coiled material prepared by the method, the upper surface of the TSR polyethylene tire pre-laid reinforced waterproof coiled material is tightly combined with post-poured concrete through a construction method of ultraviolet-resistant fine sand, so that a water-channeling-free sealing bonding interface is formed, and the risk of water channeling and leakage of an underground engineering waterproof layer is completely eradicated. The overlapping edge is constructed by a hot melting method, and the asphalt adhesive layers are firmly bonded, so that the continuity and integrity of the waterproof layer are ensured. The construction method is simple and saves a lot of construction period compared with a traditional method.
