Chlorinated polyethylene waterproof coiled material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a chlorinated polyethylene waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.The waterproof coiled material comprises an anti-sticking bonding layer, a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a CPE sheet layer and a polyester layer compounded on the lower surface of the CPE sheet layer, the anti-sticking bonding layer is a natural inorganic mineral particle sand layer, and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a natural inorganic mineral particle sand layer. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a non-asphalt self-adhesive layer, and the CPE sheet layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of CPE resin, 20-50 parts of a composite plasticizer, 0-30 parts of a composite flexibilizer, 3-6 parts of a heat stabilizer, 0-30 parts of a filler, 0.2-2 parts of stearic acid, 0.2-2 parts of calcium stearate, 0.2-2 parts of polyethylene wax and 0.2-1 part of an antioxidant. The CPE waterproof coiled material prepared by the invention has very high bonding and peeling strength with a concrete protective layer, and is suitable for construction application of a waterproof layer of a railway concrete bridge deck.
本发明提供一种氯化聚乙烯防水卷材及其制备方法,所述的防水卷材,包括有自上而下依次层叠设置的反粘结合层、热熔压敏胶层、CPE片材层以及在该CPE片材层下表面复合的涤纶层,其中所述反粘结合层为天然无机矿物颗粒砂层,所述热熔压敏胶层为非沥青自粘胶层,所述的CPE片材层,按重量份计,包括以下组分:CPE树脂100份、复合增塑剂20~50份、复合增韧剂0~30份、热稳定剂3~6份、填料0~30份、硬脂酸0.2~2份、硬脂酸钙0.2~2份、聚乙烯蜡0.2~2份、抗氧剂0.2~1份。本发明制备的CPE防水卷材具有很高的与混凝土保护层的粘接剥离强度,适用于铁路混凝土桥梁桥面防水层的施工应用。
