The invention discloses a cement curing agent and a cement curing process using the cement curing agent. The cement curing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of an auxiliary agent, 20-30 parts of magnesium fluosilicate, 1-5 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 5-10 parts of water. The cement curing agent is prepared by the steps of: 1, uniformly grinding the auxiliary agent to obtain a primary material, and well mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose, magnesium fluosilicate and polydimethylsiloxane at 35-40 DEG C to obtain a mixture; and 2, adding the primary material into the mixture, well stirring and mixing, adding water, and stirring while adding water, so as to obtain a cement curing agent. Second filler is a high polymer material with a three-dimensional network structure, can absorb water and is in a gel shape. On one hand, the volume is increased by expansion, and on the other hand, the second filler is in a gel shape, is unstable in form and convenient in filling, and can improve the filling effect of gaps in the cement and the curing performance.
