Sludge curing agent using Portland cement and production method of sludge curing agent
The invention discloses a sludge curing agent using Portland cement and a production method of sludge curing agent. The sludge curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-105 parts of Portland cement, 12-20 parts of superfine metakaolin, 12-20 parts of fly ash, 4-10 parts of dispersible latex powder, 0.08-0.12 part of graphene, 0.02-0.16 part of ettringite, 5-10 parts of sodium silicate, 8-14 parts of hydroxyl calcium phosphate and 8-14 parts of modified nano montmorillonite. The method comprises the followings steps: grinding the Portland cement, the fly ash, the ettringite, the sodium silicate and the hydroxyl calcium phosphate,and performing sieving with a 200-300-mesh sieve; and uniformly mixing the superfine metakaolin, the modified nano montmorillonite and the graphene, adding an undersize product obtained in the step (1) and the dispersible latex powder, and performing full and uniform mixing to obtain a finished product. The sludge curing agent provided by the invention has strong dehydration property, and can effectively adsorb heavy metals in sludge and fix the heavy metals, so that the cured sludge can be recycled.
本发明公开了一种利用硅酸盐水泥的淤泥固化剂及其生产方法,所述淤泥固化剂由以下重量份数原料制成:硅酸盐水泥75‑105份、超细偏高岭土12‑20份、粉煤灰12‑20份、可分散乳胶粉4‑10份、石墨烯0.08‑0.12份、钙矾石0.02‑0.16份、硅酸钠5‑10份、羟基磷酸钙8‑14份、改性纳米蒙脱石8‑14份;对硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、钙矾石、硅酸钠、羟基磷酸钙进行研磨,并通过200‑300目筛;将超细偏高岭土、改性纳米蒙脱石、石墨烯混合均匀,加入步骤(1)得到的筛下物、可分散乳胶粉充分混合均匀即得到成品。本发明的淤泥固化剂具有较强的脱水性,同时可以有效地吸附淤泥中的重金属并将其固定下来,使固化后的淤泥可以重复利用。
