Municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash self-foaming light material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash self-foaming light material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly uniformly mixing bottom ash, slag micro powder and slaked lime powder, then adding sodium hydroxide and liquid sodium silicate, and utilizing the characteristic that the bottom ash foams and expands when meeting alkali to expand the volume of the material. Thus, the purpose of light weight of the material is realized, meanwhile, rapid hardening of the bottom ash light material is achieved through liquid sodium silicate, it is ensured that bubbles generated when bottom ash meets alkali can be sealed in the material, foaming of a foaming agent is not needed for preparation of the bottom ash light material, meanwhile, a water reducer and an accelerator do not need to be doped, and the bottom ash light material has the advantages of being low in preparation cost and excellent in mechanical property and durability; meanwhile, the use of the bottom ash light material not only can eliminate the environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of a large amount of bottom ash, but also can relieve the excessive dependence on Portland cement and reduce the excessive consumption of non-renewable resources.
