The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, a traditional geotextile is processed into a self-combination cushion layer with a loop surface; 2, the first self-combination cushion layer is laid and hung flatly along the vertical wall and the field bottom of a landfill unit, then a depressing bar is used for fixing, and the loop surface of the first self-combination cushion layer faces outwards; and 3, multiple hook-and-loop fasteners are fixed to one face or two faces of HDPE geomembrane, the multiple hook-and-loop fasteners are evenly spaced by a certain distance in the width direction of the HDPE geomembrane, the length of the hook-and-loop fasteners is in the length direction of the HDPE geomembrane, and the hook surfaces of the hook-and-loop fasteners face outwards.
