Delineator having light guide rod, and guard cable
Provided is a delineator having a light guide rod, and a guard cable in which the same is used, in which light emission performance is unlikely to be reduced even if used outdoors for a long period of time, and which is easy to install and is unlikely to loosen after winding. The delineator is configured from: a rope member formed by twisting a plurality of strands; a peripheral-surface light-emitting light guide rod wound in a state closely attached to spiral-shaped valley sections formed between the strands on the outer periphery of the rope member, the light guide rod comprising a core layer having an acrylic resin as a primary material, and a cladding layer having a fluororesin as a primary material; and a light source device mounted on the end part of the light guide rod. The amount of change in the brightness of the light guide rod during 1000 hours of testing using an accelerated weathering machine is within the range of +/- 10%, and the amount of change in the numerical values of colors (x, y) is within the range of +/-0.02. Furthermore, the bend elasticity of the light guide rod in an atmosphere of -20 DEG C is 0.5 to 5.0 * 103 MPa, the rope member is formed by twisting the strands at a twisting angle within the range of 10-20 degrees, and the spiral-shaped valley sections are formed to have a uniform pitch within the range of 100-200 mm.
【课题】提供即使在屋外长期使用发光性能也不易下降,而且施工也容易且卷绕后的松弛也不易发生的带导光棒的视线诱导标及使用其的钢索护栏。【解决手段】由将多个绳股捻合而形成的绳索构件;以与在该绳索构件外周的绳股之间形成的螺旋状的谷间部密合的状态卷绕的、具备以丙烯酸系树脂为主材的芯层和以氟系树脂为主材的包覆层的周面发光型导光棒;以及装载于该导光棒的端部的光源装置来构成视线诱导标,并且将上述导光棒的在使用加速耐候性试验机的试验时间1000小时下的亮度变化量设为±10%的范围内,将色度[x,y]的各数值的变化量设为±0.02的范围内,进而将上述导光棒在‑20℃气氛下的弯曲弹性率设为0.5~5.0×103MPa,进而,以捻角10°~20°的范围将绳股捻合而形成上述绳索构件,以螺距100mm~200mm的范围均匀地形成螺旋状的谷间部。
